Activators and Inhibitors

Inhibitors

Inhibitors are substances that suppress or slow the activity of other substances, such as enzymes. Enzyme inhibitors bind to the catalytic site of enzymes, thus decreasing their activity. Novus provides a variety of caspase inhibitors, including Caspase-1 Inhibitors, Caspase-3 Inhibitors, Caspase-6 Inhibitors, Caspase-7 Inhibitors, Caspase-8 Inhibitors, Caspase-9 Inhibitors, and Caspase-12 Inhibitors. Novus also offers various pathway inhibitors, such as ERK Pathway Inhibitory Peptides, NF-kappaB Pathway Inhibitory Peptides, NOD-Like Receptor Inhibitors, AKT Pathway Inhibitors and TLR Pathway Inhibitors.
